Next Ventures is partnered with a large technical consultancy who are looking for Network Security Engineers, Architects and Consultants to assist in Data Migration Projects across Italy! This long term contract offers a potential permanent transition to the company afterwards, with constant opportunities for working with the latest technologies.

Requirements:
The candidate must possess the following skills:
- At least 6 years of experience in the Network Engineering/Administration sector is required;
- Knowledge of Cisco ACI, DNA, DCNM and SDN (Software Defined Networking) technologies;
- Familiarity with MPLS and SD-WAN technologies (ViptelaMeraki);
- Cisco Spine and Leaf design concepts;
- Experience with the following platforms: Cisco IOS, IOS-XR and NX-OS;
- Layer 3 networking - IPv6, OSPF, LISP, BGP, MP-BGP, PFR, OSPFv3, EIGRPv6, Advanced Redistribution, VRF-lite, VxLAN;
- Layer 2 networking - 802.1(D,W,S), Ethernet, Ether-Channel, vPC;
- Data Center - FabricPath, FEX, vPC, UCS, FC, FCoE, OTV;
- Multicast Networking-Multicast (Sparse + Dense), MSDP, Anycast, Auto-RP, BSR, PIM, SSM;
- Virtual Private Networks (VPN) - SSL VPN/IPSec VPN/Dynamic Multipoint VPN (DMVPN);
- Balancers - Cisco ACE, F5 LTM, F5 GSM;
- Meraki MX, MS, and MR series;
- Experience with Juniper technologies appreciated.

Preferred qualification is: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) R&S/DC/SP certification or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills complete the profile.
