Big Data Solution Architect - Inside IR35 - Hybrid - London - 12 Month Contract

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Big Data Java Solutions Architect to join our growing Digital, Data & Cloud Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest technology on projects across various sectors and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Java and Python projects.
• Design and develop API integrations using Spark.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) design solutions.
• Define architecture and technical design.
• Design data flows and integrations using Hadoop.
• Work with product teams and testers to implement and oversee testing.
• Create and develop comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture, design, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users and client teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Java and Python development.
• Previous experience with Spark or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with Trino or Airflow (desirable).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions with a focus on scalability and security.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
