In this role, you will:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement SAP systems tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and seamlessly integrate SAP applications with their existing IT infrastructure.
• Lead business-focused transformation programs, utilizing a combination of process design, people solutions, and cutting-edge technology.
• Collaborate with renowned global technology providers to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:

• Extensive experience in SAP-driven business transformations, either within a specific industry or across industries.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and navigate RFP-related dynamics for medium/high complexity clients.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with CxO/CxO-1 counterparts on the client side.
• A track record of success in SAP configurations, with recent experience in S/4HANA.
• The opportunity to manage projects and project work streams in comprehensive SAP transformations.
• A commitment to contributing to the development of our leading global SAP practice.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Flexibility to be based in Zurich or Basel and willingness to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad.
